Coconut oil is often used by pregnant women to hydrate their skin and prevent stretch marks. Simply rub it directly into your skin 3-4 times a day and let it soak up.

Coconut oil contains 3 different fatty acids (Caprylic Acid, Capric Acid, Lauric Acid) that have each been found to be effective against candida yeast. These acids also hydrate the scalp and relieve inflammation (9).
To use, comb coconut oil through your hair, massaging it through your scalp. Cover it overnight with a showercap and wash it out in the morning.
9. Body Scrub
To make a natural body scrub, mix two tablespoons of sea salt or raw sugar with 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. Use in the shower on wet skin and rinse thoroughly.
